Came here on business trip, this hotel location was perfect from my work site, room also decent and staff are very friendly as well. Plenty of parking space, definitely would stay here again if I have to come to this area.
The rooms are great, breakfast is good. Housekeeping is available upon request, so they won't clean your room unless you ask for it. Only problem I had was that I was on the second story and my room was close enough to the half wall that leads to the main entrance. I could hear everything, every time some one talked laughed, sneezed. I could hear it, that made it very hard to sleep.
We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel was sold out during our stay and it was still the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was close to the lobby and we never heard a peep from anyone else. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Stay here often bringing my son back and forth to school. Best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at yet. Staff are like family, rooms are updated and very clean. Morning breakfast is fantastic! Love the new fresh ground coffee machines.
The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The girl at the front desk didn't have much personality at all, but she wasn't rude. Actually. Actually I probably would have given the room a five if the shower head wasn't pointed towards the wall and unable to be moved. It was ridiculous trying to get a shower. And the tub is very slippery. Breakfast was actually not bad, and the food attendant was very helpful
Enjoyable weekend all around for a Hockey tournament weekend. The staff was friendly and professional. Noticed some guests being rude and threatening to "contact corporate" over a dissatisfaction on THEIR behalf, not the hotel's fault. Handled the guest with poise and a calm demeaner. Kudos! It's not always easy to deal with the hockey crowd in hotels, but this group did an AMAZING JOB! I like that we were welcomed to choose our housekeeping service upon request. That way we knew what to expect from their offering. Very helpful with recommendations for food and leisure in the area. Thank you Express in Delmont! We look forward to our next trip to the Steel City!
Great room and great location, only complaint was we got there a little late and the front desk lady seemed annoyed to check us in. Otherwise great stay
we checked in here last min from another hotel that was horriable. the lady at the front desk was super nice. long hair and glasses. always helpful and answered every questioned you had also if you needed anything she helped you out. great hotel since we walked in I can say it was clean and the room was clean as a housekeeper and inspector my self I say the housekeeper you have there that we had room 119 on this past sat. everything was clean great all clean all good so keep up the good work. we enjoyed are stay and we will return again. nothing was wrong with the rooms everyone was very nice and during checkout as we left I hope the housekeeper that had our room really didn't need to do very much I did a lot for you lol I hope you enjoyed your gift and tip we have left for you. clean hotel very nice breakfast area lobby and all around the surrounding area lot to to in town again it was a great stay and thanks to the lady at the front desk for all your help at the last min check in thanks. everything was great. keep up the good work.
